I love my child very much, but he doesn't seem to learn from his experiences. For example, Caden loves to be outside and he loves to pick the grass and play with the leaves. Inevitably, he always puts these items in his mouth. This has never gone well for him. He always makes some version of the face above. When will he learn?

Thatis the question of the ages. My theory is that when it comes to putting stuff in your mouth logic goes out the window. Babies are incurable optimists- they think it will have to taste better this time. As you get older it's "Oh this doesn't have that many calories"
